Know how
Our domain is located in Dormans, in the heart of the Marne Valley. Our vines are planted on clay-sandy soils on the terroirs of Vassieux, Vassy, Chavenay, Dormans, Verneuil and Cuchery. We cultivate the 3 Champagne grape varieties: Pinots Noir, Meuniers and Chardonnays, thus offering us multiple possibilities for the realization of our blends.
We are committed on a daily basis to Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
It is a demanding process that corresponds to our values:
- control the use of plant protection products,
- preserve biodiversity and wine-growing landscapes,
- responsibly manage water and waste,
- reduce our energy dependence and carbon footprint.
